Where to look
Open your account and choose Orders. Every order you have placed is there with its current stage. If you checked out as a guest, use the order number in your confirmation email when you contact us.
What the stages mean
| Stage | What is happening |
|---|---|
| Unfulfilled | Paid and queued. Not yet packed. |
| Processing | Being picked and packed. |
| Fulfilled | Handed to the courier. |
| Delivered | Signed for or collected. |
| Cancelled | Not proceeding. Any payment is refunded. |
Delivery estimates are estimates. If an order is running late we will tell you rather than leave you to notice.
