Patch test anything new
- Apply a small amount to the inside of your forearm.
- Leave it for 24 hours without washing the area.
- If there is redness, itching, burning or swelling, do not use the product.
If you react to something
- Stop using it immediately and rinse the area with cool water.
- Do not layer other actives over irritated skin while it settles.
- Seek medical advice if the reaction is severe, spreading, or involves your eyes, mouth or breathing.
Tell us as well
Once you are safe, contact us with your order number and the batch code. We refund the item, and if a batch is generating reports we need to know so we can pull it and raise it with the brand.
If you are pregnant or under treatment
Some cosmetic ingredients are commonly avoided in pregnancy or alongside prescribed treatment. We are not able to advise on your individual case — check the ingredient list with a pharmacist or your doctor.
