Everything we sell is genuine. We buy through legitimate supply channels, we hold the stock ourselves in Kenya, and we do not run a marketplace where a third party could list something we have never seen.
What that means in practice
- One merchant. We are the seller of record on every order, so a question about authenticity has one place to land.
- Sealed goods. Products reach you in the manufacturer's packaging with the seal intact.
- Batch and expiry. Every item carries its batch code and expiry as printed by the manufacturer.
Regional differences are normal
Packaging, shade names and formulation can differ between the markets a brand sells in, and a product bought in Nairobi may not look identical to one bought in London. That is a regional variant, not a counterfeit. If something looks different from what you expected, ask us before assuming.
If you doubt an item
- Do not throw away the packaging — the batch code is what we trace.
- Photograph the product, the batch code and the packaging.
- Contact us with your order number and those photographs.
