Delivery is always shown before you pay. Orders placed after midday, at a weekend or on a public holiday are picked the next working day.
Pickup
Choose pickup at checkout and we confirm the collection point and times once your order is ready. Bring your order number.
When risk passes
Risk passes to you when the order reaches the address you gave, or when you or someone you authorised collects it. If a parcel is marked delivered and you do not have it, that is not a delivery — tell us.
