If it is late
Give it one working day past the estimate — couriers in Nairobi occasionally run a day behind. After that, contact us with your order number and we will chase it.
If it is marked delivered but you do not have it
- Check with anyone else at the address, and with a gate or reception if you have one.
- Contact us within seven days of the delivery date with your order number.
- We raise it with the courier and come back to you. Where a parcel cannot be traced, we replace or refund it.
