Before dispatch
Contact us as soon as you can with your order number. While an order is still unfulfilled we can usually change the address, add or remove an item, or cancel it outright and refund you in full.
After dispatch
Once the parcel is with the courier we cannot recall or change it. You can refuse delivery, or accept it and then use the returns process for anything eligible.
