What we accept
- M-Pesa, through our licensed payment provider.
- Visa and Mastercard.
Payment is taken at checkout. Your card number never reaches our systems and we never see your M-Pesa PIN.
Paying safely
- Pay only through the checkout on our own website.
- Check the web address before paying. Our checkout is on our own domain and nowhere else.
- We will never ask you to complete a payment 'to release' an order you have already paid for.
When you are charged
At checkout. If we then cannot fulfil the order, we refund in full — see Refunds for timings.
