Using a code
Enter it in your bag or at checkout. The saving is applied before you pay, and the total you see is the total you are charged.
The limits
- A code may be limited to one use per customer, to a first order, or to a total number of redemptions.
- A welcome code is for a first order. Any completed order uses it up.
- Some codes apply only to certain products or collections. The rest of your bag pays full price.
- Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Why a code might be refused
We tell you which of these applies rather than a generic failure:

| This is a welcome offer | You have ordered before, so it no longer applies |
| You have already used this offer | Its per-customer limit is reached |
| This offer has been fully claimed | Its total limit is reached |
| It needs an eligible beauty-letter email | The offer is for subscribers |
| Does not apply to these items | The code is limited to certain products |
