How you are refunded
Always to the method you paid with. M-Pesa payments are returned to the paying M-Pesa number; card payments to the same card. We cannot refund to a different number, account or person.

We issue the refund as soon as it is approved. How quickly it appears after that is your bank's timing, not ours.
What else changes
- Loyalty points earned on a refunded order are removed with it.
- A discount code used on a refunded order becomes available to you again.
- Delivery is refunded where the fault was ours, and is not refunded where you changed your mind.
- On a partial return, any discount is recalculated across what you kept.
