Who can review
Only someone who actually bought the product, from the order they bought it on. That is why every review on the site carries a verified-buyer mark — there is no way to post one without a matching order.
What is published
- Your first name and one initial. Never your surname, email or phone number.
- Your rating, your headline and your words.
- Optionally, the age range and product features you chose.
What we will not do
We will remove a review that contains personal information, abuse, or content that is not about the product. We will tell you when we do.
Editing or removing yours
Open your account, choose My reviews, and edit it. An edit keeps the original date and any helpful votes. Ask us if you want one removed entirely.
